As children of the 80s, we grew up with technology. We still had to assemble our PCs ourselves and were familiar with programs and their origins. We expanded this knowledge and were able to gain more and more experience in various companies in different areas.
A lot of things come together there.
I have been involved with programs and their structures since I was a child.
Software of the highest quality makes my heart beat faster and so it is also my claim to lead the best work for our customers and to share my knowledge.
My first apprenticeship in construction taught me basic and pragmatic approaches.
My love of technology brought me back to the PC.

In 2019, our paths crossed and we were tasked with advancing a project together. We entered a grueling storming phase and experienced first-hand the importance and potential of this intensive exchange. Our opposition was able to develop into appreciation and sustained performance.
Our strengths and skills complement each other.
In 2023, we finally founded codelion and have been expanding our team of motivated employees ever since.
We train graduates to become independent developers. During project work, we are in close contact at all times and pass on our expertise.
